The infographic shows that one interministerial meeting took place. One Common Framework of relevance to Scotland is finalised, 22 are provisionally published and three have not yet been published. Eight legislative consent memorandums were lodged and two legislative consent motions were approved. Two exclusions to the UK Internal Market Act 2020 are operational, and one exclusion has been agreed in principle but is not yet operating.

The graphic shows the three 'tiers' of the intergovernmental relations structure. The top tier consists of a Prime Minister and Heads of Devolved Governments Council. The middle tier consists of the Interministerial Standing Committee and the Finance: Interministerial Standing Committee. The lowest tier consists of Interministerial Groups where Portfolio Ministers discuss specific policy areas, such as net zero or education.

The graphic shows that eight legislative consent memorandums were lodged and consent was provided for two bills.

The infographic shows the number of Common Frameworks at different scrutiny stages. One framework is finalised and 22 published provisionally. Scrutiny at the Scottish Parliament has been completed on all of these. Three frameworks have not yet been published.

The infographic shows two exclusions operating, one for single use plastics and one for heat networks. It also shows that an exclusion has been agreed in principle in relation to rodent glue traps, but that this exclusion is not yet operating.
