Shows how, in 2021 most devolved benefits are still administered by DWP under Agency Agreements. This is dominated by PIP (£1,699 million spending). If council tax reduction is included (£351 million) , local authorities come next, followed by Social Security Scotland whose largest benefit in 2021 is the SCP at £68 million.
