Housing conditions and standards (updated)

There are different housing standards in Scotland. The Tolerable Standard applies to homes in all tenures. The Repairing Standard applies to private rented homes. The Scottish Housing Quality Standard and the Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing applies to social housing.
