The Abortion Services (Safe Access Zones) (Scotland) Bill creates the status of "protected premises" around facilities where abortion services are provided, and establishes safe access zones around these premises. Any activity that could prevent a person from accessing an abortion, or cause feelings of harassment or intimidation when accessing or providing abortion services, would be prohibited within these zones.
